I help women who feel tired, overwhelmed, and caught in overthinking. Women who feel they're never enough.

Together, we create space to feel lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and more at home in your life.

You begin to have energy for yourself again, and to savour the simple joys that once felt far away.

Welcome, I'm Smitha

Trauma & EMDR Therapist for Women in Shepparton and Online Across Australia

This is a space for women who lie awake with racing thoughts and never-ending lists. Women who give their all to others, yet they often feel a sense of emptiness within.

You may have tried self-care, talk therapy, or advice from loved ones, yet nothing seems to make lasting change.

Still, you keep smiling on the outside… while inside, you feel unappreciated and exhausted.

Maybe there is a part of you that longs for something different.
The part that
imagines the possibility of…

  • Falling asleep without going through the list for the millionth time

  • Having enough energy for yourself, even as you care for others

  • Feeling clear in your thoughts and within yourself

  • Enjoying small moments that bring a smile

A lit lantern space for the weary, inviting you back to yourself.

If you feel a YES inside, even a quiet, tentative one, I would be honoured to walk beside you.

To hold the lantern as you find your way home.

Take the first step.

A Little About Me

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and an Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.

I see myself as an inclusive trauma therapist, where your thoughts, emotions, body, gender, culture, neurodivergence, queerness, and spirituality are welcome.

My own healing, and the journeys I have witnessed with others, shape the way I hold space.

Here, slowness is sacred.

Pacing follows the rhythm of your nervous system.

And it is healing.

The whole of you is welcome in this space.

Because you are more than any label that tries to define you.

Here are ways we can work together:

Free 20 minutes Q & A call

An Optional obligation free 20 minutes call to explore the option of working together.

Building Steady Ground

Standard session of 50 minutes. Usually we start here and slowly build our pace of working together.

Deep Processing

Limited 90 minutes sessions often for trauma processing using EMDR therapy.

Therapy Intensives

We work together for several hours with a focused deep dive to achieve therapy goals.

How it Works

  • Step 1: Begin

Book a session, or start with a 20 minute free Q & A call to ask questions and get a feel for working with me.

  • Step 2: In sessions

    We
explore your challenges and strengths, and create a plan together. You begin to prioritise yourself, rest better, and care for others without draining your energy.

  • Step 3: Moving forward

You notice new patterns and choices. You feel more connected to your body, relationships, and spirit. You know deep within that
    you are enough and worthy.

I trust your mind, body, and soul, even if they feel unclear or uncomfortable right now.

I will walk beside you through the big feelings, and support you to light your lantern…

so you can
keep walking your way home.
