A space that meets the whole of you

Therapy here welcomes the whole YOU - body, mind, culture and spirit.

When all parts of you are invited into the room, healing can move with more ease.

When the path of healing leads you here..

Many women often come when they are tired of holding it all together.

They speak of feeling caught in old patterns or disconnected from themselves.

Some have sought help before, but the changes did not last.

Others carry spiritual experiences that have been dismissed or misunderstood, and they want a place where body, mind, and spirit can all be part of the conversation.

What I notice Beneath the Surface

  • Sleep is restless

  • Work feels heavy

  • Parenting and Relationships are strained

  • Peace, delight and joy feel far away

  • Activities that once brought happiness fall away

  • Survival strategies such as anxiety, depression, or disconnection become more frequent

When Patterns are met with Care

  • Sleep deepens

  • More peace with the unfinished list

  • Your needs, strengths and limits grow clearer

  • Relationships realign (some softens, some fades)

  • Connection strengthens, within yourself, with people in your world, nature

  • Feel a sense of worth or enoughness and brings a smile when you are with yourself

These patterns aren't only personal, they're shaped by family, culture and the systems we live in. Alongside love, many of us inherited strategies that no longer serve us. So part of the work is asking, "Is this mine or did it come from somewhere else?"

What happens in a Session?

We begin with comfort like light, scent, chair, space. You can move, pause, yawn, burp, laugh, or cry.

All of it is welcome.

We follow what arises such as a sensation, a memory, a thought, a wave of feeling. Nothing is forced or rushed.

We use what helps. Sometimes EMDR, sometimes somatic practices, sometimes quiet. Each step has a purpose, and I explain why I invite it so you are never left wondering.

We use what helps. Sometimes EMDR, sometimes somatic practices, sometimes quiet. Each step has a purpose, and I explain why I invite it so you are never left wondering.

We close in a way that prepares you for daily life — breath, feet on the floor, an image that brings calm. The aim isn’t to be finished, but to leave with enough to step back into your life.

How I work?

At the heart of my approach is connection, with your presence, my presence, and the space we create together.

👁️ Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy

Helps your mind and body reprocess what once felt too much, so it can be remembered differently and integrated with new information.

🌿 Somatic therapy

Guides us to listen closely to body's signals, like noticing tight chest or restless legs and letting them lead the healing.

Somatic practices are helpful in grounding us to here and now when our thinking hundred miles an hour.

🧩 Parts Work

Creates a safe way to meet the different voices or feelings inside you with compassion rather than conflict, so each part feels heard.

🎨 Expressive arts

Uses drawing, music, or movement to give shape to what words alone cannot carry.

All of these approaches are held together by values and compassion, supporting you to live in alignment with what matters most to you and in relationship with the people who matter most.

Spirituality is welcome here in many forms: prayer with or for your parts, guidance from spiritual figures or inner resources, songs that support the nervous system, creative practices like drawing or tarot to bring the subconscious into view.

The thread through all of this is attunement to the present moment and trust in the process. Trust in your survival, in the wisdom of your parts, in my intuition and spiritual guidance, and in what the session reveals.

It is a practice of truthfulness, humility, and choice. Like a puzzle, the pieces you already hold are valid, and together we explore how they fit until more of the picture can be seen.

Beginning your journey

Therapy is not a quick fix — it’s a space to listen, to experiment, and to grow into ways of living that feel true for you.

Change unfolds in seasons, sometimes slow and quiet, sometimes full of movement.

If this approach speaks to you, you might begin by booking a session or a free Q&A to explore the services I offer.the first step.

You don't have to continue walking on your own. Let's light the lantern and walk together for a while.
