Every woman’s healing path is uniquely hers.

Some days you might only need a gentle reminder to return to yourself. Other days, you are ready to meet what lies deep beneath the surface.

This is why each session has its own rhythm and purpose, to meet you where you are.

You may feel called to this space if...

You’re a woman who often feels tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in loops of overthinking and over-giving.

You’re seeking a therapy space that welcomes all of who you are: neurodiversity-affirming, gender-diverse and queer-affirming, where your culture and spiritual practices are honoured.

You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, or PTSD, or carrying the pain of trauma from childhood neglect, abuse, violence, accidents, or other distressing events.

You sometimes feel unsure of your needs, or find yourself in patterns of people-pleasing, over-caring, or losing yourself in relationships.

You long to exhale, your mind to quiet, and your spirit to return to what feels true.

You may need a different kind of support if:

You are in immediate crisis or unsafe circumstances, such as homelessness, mental health crisis, or an unsafe situation.

You are coping with alcohol or drugs in ways that impact daily functioning.

You are experiencing active suicidal intent.

You require more intensive or specialist care than weekly or fortnightly therapy.

You need medico-legal reports, court assessments, or psychiatric diagnoses.

If your current needs feel more urgent or outside the scope of what I offer, please explore the Crisis Support Section or reach out to a local service that can support you right now.

You're always welcome to return if your situation changes.

My Approach

In every session, I weave together evidence-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, parts work, and somatic therapy. Each of these approaches help us to work with both mind and body, at a pace that supports your nervous system and healing.

If you are curious about what lights my lantern, the approaches and philosophy that guide my trauma healing work, you can read more here.

When you’re ready, the next step is choosing the rhythm of support that meets you where you are.

Below are the pathways we can walk together.

Other than free Q & A session, all other options are available as online or in person in Shepparton.

Session Pathways

Free Q & A Call

20 minutes

This free 20 -minute online call is a chance to meet, where you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether this space feels right for you. There is no pressure, a space to explore working together.

Building Steady Ground

50 minutes

Fee: AUD $ 200

This is the standard session, often where we begin. We move at a slower pace, checking in with your body and finding the rhythm that works for your nervous system. Together, we build shared language, sometimes with metaphors or a touch of “nerdy” psycho-education, to make sense of your experience.

The focus is on getting to know you, resourcing you, and strengthening your inner supports so you feel capable when challenges arise. Over time, many women notice that sleep becomes more restful, their thoughts quieter, and daily stresses more manageable. Like lighting a lantern in a dim room, these sessions bring enough clarity and warmth to help you begin finding your way inside.

Deep Processing

90 minutes

Fee: AUD $ 300

These longer sessions give us time to stay with what surfaces instead of stopping halfway. Once we both feel ready, we can focus more deeply on trauma processing — helping your mind and body release what happened, repair what was missed, and relearn in the present.

The extra time often means you leave feeling more settled and less “half-finished.” Women describe breathing more easily, thinking with more clarity, and noticing a quieter body after carrying stress for so long. With space to move between processing and grounding, the work goes deeper without leaving you raw. It can be a turning point for shifting long-held patterns and beginning to relate to yourself with more compassion. Carrying the lantern deeper into the cave lights what was hidden, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy Intensives

Package: AUD 2,065

Includes 90 min intake, 6 hours intensive, 50 min post intensive session and resources

For women with prior therapy experience who want to shift more in a shorter span, Intensives offer several hours of focused time together. We move through connected areas of your story and create lasting flow.

After an Intensive

Many women notice their thinking feels clearer and it is easier to get unstuck from loops. The body often feels a sense of relief, with breath becoming lighter and sleep less disturbed. Patterns that once felt stuck begin to shift, and Intensives can feel like a reset, with reflection practices and rituals to help continue the progress afterwards. It can feel like carrying a lantern long enough for its light to reach tangled paths, making space for a new way forward.

This work isn’t about discarding your past. Instead, it’s about making sense of on your experiences so you can make choices that brings joy, and come home to yourself.

What Participants Often Notice...

Set boundaries with more clarity and softness

Recognise patterns and triggers before they hijack

Experience fewer intense emotional waves, and recover more quickly when they come

Build simple Rituals of care that anchor your daily life

Feel safer in their bodies and in their world

Relate to their feelings and sensations with more kindness

Sense more connection to themselves, their relationships, their culture and their spirituality

Even when storms arrive, the lantern of therapy helps you to see more clearly, and keep moving towards what and who matters to you.

How does this work?

If you’re interested in starting therapy with me, here’s what you can expect:

Set 1

Begin

If you are ready to start, you are welcome to book a session.

Or, if you would like to meet first, you can book a free online Q&A call. It is a space to ask questions and get a feel for what it is like to work together. During this call, I will share a little about what sessions look like and offer a few gentle practices to try in the meantime.

Set 2

Participating in Sessions

In our first session, we talk about your challenges, strengths, and goals for therapy. Together, we create a plan to move gently toward those goals.

As we progress in therapy, you might notice:

More calm in your body and mind
Greater ease in relationships, as people-pleasing patterns soften
Energy returning for what matters most to you
Sleep that feels more restfu
l

Set 3

More Capacity to everyday Moments

In everyday moments, you carry a sense of choice into your everyday life.

The skills and awareness built in sessions create space between trigger and response, so you can respond with intention in moments that once felt automatic.

Moment by moment, you become more present with yourself and with others, grounded in confidence and clarity, trusting that you are enough.
